Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Progresso mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using Progresso, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using Progresso, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.
Progresso is a lifestyle and productivity application available for iOS and Apple Watch. The app allows you to create personal projects, run timed focus sessions, take session notes, set reminders, track milestones, and view your progress through analytics and charts. Progresso includes sample projects to help you get started.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Progresso for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Progresso does not require you to create an account. Your data is stored locally on your device and synced across your devices via Apple iCloud (CloudKit). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and iCloud account.
Progresso offers both a free tier and a paid subscription (Progresso Pro):
All subscriptions are processed and managed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated at the time of subscription. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, you will automatically be charged the subscription price. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You retain full ownership of all content you create within Progresso, including project names, session notes, reminders, and milestones. We do not access, collect, or share your personal content. Your data remains on your device and in your personal iCloud account.

All intellectual property rights in Progresso, including but not limited to the design, graphics, icons, code, and branding, are owned by us. The sample project content provided in the app is for demonstration purposes only and remains our property.
Progresso is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the application.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of Progresso, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Progresso uses Apple iCloud (CloudKit) to sync your data across your devices. We do not operate our own servers or databases for user data. The availability and reliability of iCloud sync is subject to Apple's terms and service status. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from iCloud service interruptions or your iCloud account configuration.
Progresso relies on Apple's platform services including the App Store, StoreKit (for purchases), CloudKit (for sync), and WidgetKit (for widgets and Live Activities). Your use of these services is governed by Apple's applicable terms and policies.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Progresso at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may stop using Progresso at any time by deleting the application from your device.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Progresso after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
